Practicing Yoga under Expert Guidance of a Personal Trainer

Since time unknown, Yoga has been practiced across the various corners of Asia, especially, the Indian subcontinent. The ancient sages and their disciples would journey to the tall mountains or the dense jungles and practice Yoga in seclusion. The concept of a teacher and his disciple has been popular since this practice began. From the Far East to the glorious West, Yoga has traveled some distance for sure!

In the recent past, Yoga has slowly but surely reached the boutique health clubs and gyms were it is being practiced with ease. More and more people are getting influenced by Yoga and being allured by its many proven benefits. People suffering from body ailments, disorders, mental stress conditions are making a positive change into their lifestyle and are opting for Yoga.

The concept of Personal Training is not a new one to Yoga as discussed in the beginning. At first Yoga was considered as an individual strength and mind building exercise. Yoga has finally been accepted in group classes and also with qualified Personal Trainers. The Personal Training offered for Yoga provides detailed step-wise instruction for Yoga. Yoga instructors give a detailed description and a live demo for the different postures, also known as “asanas” for the different “mudras” or postures attained in Yoga.

It is considered that Yoga requires proper training and an Expert Instructor who can guide you with a Yoga practice that best suits your body type and will not harm it in anyway.
